It is our goal to develop a consistent flow of relevant, useful information to opinion leaders that bolsters their decision-making process in a fashion that provides a supportive environment for the work of NPCL

The mission of this division is to cultivate and educate members of Congress, state and local legislative bodies and other opinion leaders on the complex issues surrounding fragile families. To provide alternative policy approaches designed to correct perceived inequalities. To assist members of the judiciary, child support professionals and interested non-governmental organizations develop positions consistent with NPCL on issues concerning child well being, fragile families and fatherhood.

Our participation in these activities is designed to bring about measurable and observable changes in the child support system and to directly impact the reauthorization of TANF, other social welfare legislation, and provide a TAFF "type" delivery mechanism.
